Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed on this website will ship within 2
business days. In the event that this is not
possible (due to backorders or other delays), the
customer shall be notified of this delay within 1-2
business days of placing the order.
At this time, Worldwide Fitness Products ships
merchandise only to locations within the continental
United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. The risk of loss and title
for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to
you when the merchandise is delivered to the
shipping carrier. We ship via UPS.
Return Policy
-
Only unused items in
brand new condition may be returned for refund or
exchange within 28 days of purchase.
-Except in the case of error on the part of
Worldwide Fitness
Products,
shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
-For exchanges due to customer preference (i.e.
exchanging sizes and colors), return shipping of the
original items to Adventure Out is the
responsibility of the customer. Replacement items
will be shipped out free of charge by
WorldWide Fitness Products.
-To return or exchange an order, please call
816-649-0515
for a return authorization and shipping
instructions.
When returning items from an order that received a
"free shipping" promotion, if the returned items
drop the value of the order below the threshold
required to receive free shipping, you will be
charged the cost of shipping on your original
invoice upon return of said items. This is done in order to protect
WorldWide Fitness products from false orders used to
wrongly receive free shipping - thank you for
understanding.
Reseller Opportunities
This product
is manufactured or distributed by Worldwide Fitness
Products, and is available at discounted pricing to
qualified retailers. WFP can also drop ship this product
directly to your customers. If you would like to sell
this product, please contact
WFP Customer Service to determine your company's
eligibility, pricing, and minimum order requirements.
