Power Break Away

The Power Break Away utilizes longer resistive sprints before being released by the Coach. The Coach determines when the athlete will be released. This type of Resistance Burst Speed Training™ (BST™)  allows the athlete to increase their Action Transition Speed™ (ATS™).
