Develops strong powerful arm swing motion which is critical in an athletes overall speed development. The Shoulder Speed Builder forces an athlete to use proper arm swing with the resistance of the Lightning Cord. A partner holds the 4’ Lightning Cord in the middle or by using the included Anchor Strap. The athlete can create either more or less resistance by either stepping closer or further away from the anchor point.
